A: FRS works on a Family Radio Frequency and has a range of 2 miles.

Q: Can I hook up my passenger with this model?
A: YES. You would need to purchase a passenger headset and a headset ext. cord.
Q: How long should I charge the battery, and how long does the battery last?
A: Charge the battery for 14 hours. And the battery should last 8 hours of talk time.
Q: Can I listen to music with this FRS Multisport?
A: YES. With a purchase of an audio cord, you can plug you cd player, walkman and any audio device.
Q: Can you answer your cell phone with the FRS Multisport?
A: NO. FRS Multisport does not support cell phone capability. SEE X2 or X1.
Q: Can my FRS Multisport talk to Citizen Band Radios?
A: NO. They both work on a different frequency.
Q: What if you go on a long trip and can't charge the battery?
A: You can purchase the power extention cord and hook the unit directly to the bike battery. You would need to charge the chatterbox batter fully and use the Power Cord with it.
