Shipping
Please note that all shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
We try to ship all items ASAP within 24 to 48 hours however, many orders ship out of our warehouse within 3 to 7 business days. Some items are special order based on availability. Special order items can take 1-3 weeks extra to ship.
Regarding Trail Tech Products.
We sell a lot of Trail Tech products which we are happy about. Trail Tech products generally take longer to ship so you will want to expect at least 7 days from date of purchase before you receive your product (if that falls on a weekend you will need to add that time as this does not include weekends).
You are always welcome to email our office to check on your order. International shipments subject to additional charges. Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail, but some orders are shipped using the "BEST WAY" shipping method. In other words, the most cost effective method is used. The reason for this is obvious. If our shipping costs are kept low, it can only benefit you - our customers by keeping our prices low!
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $300.00 that are purchased and being shipped to the USA. Handling charges may still apply on some larger or oversized purchases.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of video programs, all sales of video programs are final. If the tape is damaged due to manufacturing, please return it for immediate replacement within 15 days of receipt. Any refunds of purchases of other items are acceptable up to 30 days of receipt of items purchased. Items must be in perfect condition. If the item is found to be used & missing parts the cost to replace the missing parts will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is unable to be resold as new, the item will be returned to the purchaser & no refund will be given.
There is a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price less shipping & handling, as shipping & handling fees are not refundable. This will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds take up to 45 days to process and will be by check.
Exchanges
Please note that you may choose to do an exchange instead of refund to forgo the 10% restocking fee. Please be aware that the exchange amount does not include any shipping & handling fees. If you choose to do an exchange, you must notify Dunesport.net as to this intent. Once the item returned is received for exchange we will contact you as to the $ value of the exchange. Again, be aware that the exchange amount is contingent on the condition of the item being returned. Shipping & handling charges will be charged anew on any exchanges.
This policy also applies to exchanges due to wrong sizes, unless the wrong size is due to the fault of Dunesport.net. In this case, Dunesport.net will absorb the shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
Any cancellation of orders must be within 24 hours or are subject to $25 restocking fee.
Backorders
Usually, items purchased are readily available however in the rare instance where an item may be on backorder, you will be notified. Please contact customer service via email or phone within 48 hours if you would like to cancel your order. Otherwise it will be assumed that you still want this item & it will be processed for you. If you fail to contact customer service within 48 hours you may still be able to cancel the order, however a cancellation fee may apply.

We at Dunesport.net try to keep our prices as low as possible. It is not our policy to charge excessive fees for shipping, handling or cancellation. However, due to the nature of ecommerce & availability of items & also, shipping costs, some fees can not be avoided. We are a small, yet growing company and try to handle each order with utmost care & consideration. We do appreciate your business and look forward to keeping you as a customer for years to come.
